Had an issue with my HVAC filter that SG helped out with. A couple weeks later, the heat went out for a completely unrelated reason. SG got the heat back on and didn't charge since it was within 30 days of their last call. The two issues had nothing to do with each other, and I would have gladly paid for the second service. However, SG refused to charge for coming out. Especially nowadays, it is nice to work with a company that cares about the work and customers more than trying to squeeze an extra dollar.

We had SG Heating & Cooling do a tune-up through a BGE program, and months later we had them come back out when our heat wasn't working. They were quick to come out and fix the issue, and they answered all of our questions during both visits. Overall, very professional and efficient, and they have great customer service.
